La Rochelle Aquarium

Hi! I hope you are up for a report! On the 2/10/19 we went to La Rochelle Aquarium and it was amazing!! This is a report about what we saw, my favorite bits and also (The best part) Photos!!!

I will start at the start. To start with we walked through a tunnel of jellyfish. Next was a bunch of what I thought were Cuttlefish but Ben says no.

I thought they were mini cuttlefish and I was right.

Next were some flatfish that in French are called Le Sole in english that means The fish of the floor. Then there were crabs. HUMONGOUS CRABS!!!!

They were enormous!!!!

In the next tank there were groupers and sturgeons.

I remember that the tank with the sturgeons and the groupers had 56,000 liters of water in it and I was trying to figure out how many newtons of force was on the glass. But I could not figure it out.? OOK Next was a Atlantic wolffish. It was the lighting that makes it so blue.

Then there was a tank that looked dead.

???Ha Ha Just joking. ???

Naw it was really cool they all were really shiny. Thy fish were also swimming around a rock. In the same tank there was a Thornback Ray.? There was a kids entrance into the next room so you got to go under the tank. It was really cool and I got a close up picture of a sleeping fish.

I do not remember much other than that but I do remember a 1.25 million liter tank.

In that tank were sharks.

Oops. She’s not a shark.

Sorry this is a shark.

Now we’re talking

And this.
